The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Bids may be mailed or delivered to Attn: Judge Marvin Day, Craighead County Courthouse, 511 Union, Room 119, Jonesboro, AR 72454. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Craighead County Courthouse at the time and date mentioned above. Interested parties are invited to attend.
The Project Consists of:
a. Replication of existing double hung wood windows, exact in every detail.
b. Restoration of existing double hung wood windows, exact in every detail.
c. Replication of existing solid quartersawn white oak entry door and transom exact in every detail.
d. Restoration of existing solid quartersawn white oak entry doors and transoms.
