Construction of a new bridge.

The project consists of the interior renovation of an approximately 2,800 square foot recording studio suite, including a live room, isolation booths, a control room, and support spaces. The renovation will serve, primarily, as a teaching environment and is designed to improve acoustic performance, functionality, and accessibility while integrating updated mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.

Project consists of: Renovation of the existing Old Allen Station Police Precinct. Projects consists of demolition of the old jail area and roll call rooms to create open spaces for the community events to be held in the existing precinct.

This project proposes the complete replacement of the current asphalt pathway (approximately 360 linear feet) with a new, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk along the south side of the Municipal Tennis Courts. The scope of this project includes the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt, the preparation of a new sub-base, and the installation of a smooth, slip-resistant concrete sidewalk that meets all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
