Interested parties are invited to submit sealed BIDS for: West Memphis 2024 Asphalt Overlay Program. Bids that are sealed and dated will be received at the West Memphis Utility Commission office, 604 E. Cooper, West Memphis, AR 72301 until 4:00 pm, July 12, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid opening is open to the public.
