The City of Searcy is accepting sealed bids for construction of 2024 City of Searcy, Pedestrian Improvements, South Ella Street & North Poplar Street (ARDOT JOB 050470) until 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2024 at the City of Searcy, 401 W. Arch Ave., Searcy, AR 72143, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of construction of approximately 1500 linear feet of new concrete sidewalks and associated minor earthwork, and minor drainage construction.
All proposals shall be on the forms within the specifications and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the "City of Searcy, 401 W. Arch Ave., Searcy, AR 72143” and marked "Proposal for 2024 City of Searcy, Pedestrian Improvement, South Ella Street & North Poplar Street (ARDOT JOB 050470).”
The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest of the City.
