The History, IT, Badging, Exit Lane & Art Wall work includes, but is not limited to the construction of an airport history room, IT offices, airport badging facilities, exit lane remodel, and a public art wall at the Clinton National Airport and is comprised of the alterations to the existing shell space to provide an exhibit-ready finished shell space to accommodate the airport’s history exhibit, renovation and expansion of the airport IT offices and badging facilities, remodel of the existing security checkpoint corridor to incorporate an automated one-way traffic security system, and alterations to the existing pre-security lobby wall to provide an art-ready display wall.

Bid Information:

Sealed bids for LIT History, IT, Badging, Exit Lane & Art Wall Renovations, to be constructed for Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, will be received at the Airport Commission Meeting Conference Room located on the 2nd Floor of the Terminal Building, One Airport Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday August 13, 2024, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Please arrive fifteen minutes early due to access control locked doorways at the administration receptionist area preventing direct access to this meeting room. Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be sent to Suzanne Peyton, Director- Properties, Planning & Development, Clinton National Airport, One Airport Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, telephone number 501-537-1701, via UPS or FedEx with notification and tracking number sent on date of shipment to speyton@clintonairport.com.

Pre-Bid Meeting:

An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held in the Airport offices at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, July 25, 2024. Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization.


The Little Rock Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and/or bidding process deemed to be in the best interest of the Commission and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Bids shall remain in effect 90 days after the bid opening date.
