Dover Upper MS Roof Reno

Two select portions of the existing upper middle school roof will be renovated as part of the project. Area "A" identified on the plans will be a complete tear off of the existing roof system down to the metal deck. Are "A" will then receive new rigid insulation, a TPO membrane roof, new flashings, parapet caps, etc. Area "B" of the existing roof will be cleaned and spot patched to repair hail damage and provide a water tight roof assembly and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
