Dover Upper MS Roof Reno

Two select portions of the existing upper middle school roof will be renovated as part of the project. Area "A" identified on the plans will be a complete tear off of the existing roof system down to the metal deck. Are "A" will then receive new rigid insulation, a TPO membrane roof, new flashings, parapet caps, etc. Area "B" of the existing roof will be cleaned and spot patched to repair hail damage and provide a water tight roof assembly and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Information:

The Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, August 6th, 2024. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Office of the Superintendent, Josh Daniels, Dover School District, 9371 Market Street, Dover, Arkansas 72837. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Board Room at the Office of the Superintendent at the time and date mentioned. Interested parties are invited to attend.

Pre-Bid Information:

All bidders are encouraged to visit the site of the proposed work located on the Campus of Dover Schools at 203 College Ave, Dover AR. 72837. Bidders must be familiar will all existing site conditions prior to bidding. There will be an informational pre-bid conference held at the site on July 30, 2024 at 10am. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
