Project Description:

Frayser Park project consists of the following scope of work: clearing and grubbing for the installation of a playground within an existing park (Frayser Park) that includes: tree/shrub removal, metal pole removal, utility pole/service relocation, as well as removal of concrete pad & curbing. The project includes the installation of two large play structures, and two sets of swings, rubberized safety surfacing (with subsurface drainage system), seatwalls, concrete sidewalks, trails, concrete flush grade beams, site grading, landscaping and re-cladding of an existing trash enclosure. The project also includes erosion control measures, tree protection fencing, construction fencing and gravel construction access area/pad. All demolition debris will be removed from the site and disposed of in a legal manner. A 100% stand of grass will be required prior to project completion being obtained.

Pine Hill Park project consists of the following scope of work: clearing & grubbing for the installation of a playground within an existing park (Pine Hill Park) that includes: tree removal, metal pole removal, removal of concrete & asphalt paving, and concrete curbing. The project includes the installation of two large play structures, and two sets of swings, rubberized safety surfacing (with subsurface drainage system), seatwalls, concrete sidewalks/trails, concrete flush grade beams, site grading, landscaping and new roadway alignment and asphalt paving. The project also includes erosion control measures, tree protection fencing, construction fencing and gravel construction access area/pad. All demolition debris will be removed from the site and disposed of in a legal manner. A 100% stand of grass will be required prior to project completion being obtained.

There are no bid alternates for these park projects.
