Notice is hereby given that the City of Hernando will receive sealed bids for Renasant Park Improvements - Phase I MOSTF Improvements & Phase II Sports Fields in Hernando, Mississippi. Bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 475 West Commerce Street, Hernando, Mississippi 38632, or can be submitted online at www.centralbidding.com, by 10:00 A.M. local time on October 29, 2024, after which time they will be opened publicly, read aloud, and taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
Pre-Bid Information:
A pre-bid meeting will be held virtually and at Hernando City Hall, located at 475 W Commerce St, Hernando, MS 38632, at 2:00 pm on October 8, 2024. It is required that all bidders RSVP to Cameron Cooper at cameron.cooper@kimley-horn.com in order to attend the meeting in person or virtually. Bidders participating in the meeting remotely must request virtual access at least two days in advance of the pre-bid meeting.
