A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk-thru for this project will be held on October 22, 2024 at Romine Early Childhood Center, 3400 Romine Rd, Little Rock, AR 72204. This meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders must attend this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid opening meeting will be held via Zoom on October 30, 2024 @ 1:30 pm.
