A. Selective demolition of existing floor finishes (carpet ), walls, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and ceilings.
B. Selective demolition of existing HVAC and electrical systems.
C. Selective demolition of sidewalk, steps and asphalt paving.
D. Installation of new concrete ADA ramp and parking spaces.
E. Installation of new Ceiling System, Light Fixtures, Power Circuits, and A/C Devices.
F. Installation of new Floor finishes, Wall Finishes, Ceilings.
G. Modifications to existing HVAC system.
H. Owner to remove all existing furniture.
