The buildings are located at 217 Hickory Street and 301-315 Winston Street in Ward, AR.
DWELLING UNIT INTERRUPTION
Coordinate through the Agency time schedules of work. The unit will be unoccupied during the course of the work but this project should be completed as quickly as possible.
TIME OF COMPLETION
The work shall be commenced at the time stipulated in the “Notice to Proceed” by the Agency to the Contractor and the Total Contract Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days thereafter.
