The project consists of the following:
Abandon existing wading pool
Remove and replace ±1,300 SF of concrete pool deck
Pool decking rehabilitation (Epoxy Pebble System), ±5,700 SF
Main pool interior rehabilitation ±6,000 SF
Improvements/Rehabilitation of pool equipment
Improvements/Rehabilitation of pool treatment equipment
Chemical building improvements
Construction of ADA accessible parking area
Construction of new roof structure at concession building
Pool security fencing rehabilitation
Improvements of pool lighting
Repair of sewer service line
Pool Operation:
Pool must be opened on June 1st and remain open through August 31st. Contractor must coordinate work to ensure no work is conducted while the pool is open and provide a safe and secure pool opening in accordance with Arkansas Pool Safety Standards. Contract Time will not be assessed June 1st through August 31st.
