Bids will be received by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, which operates under the direction of the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission, an enterprise fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at the LRCVB 4th Floor Conference Room, 101 South Spring Street, Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 8, 2025, for the Little Rock Statehouse Convention Center Rotunda Office Renovation and Corridor Benches, Little Rock, Arkansas. Bids will be based on a single lump sum contract.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Statehouse Convention Center, Lower Level, 101 E Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders should attend this meeting.
