Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits necessary to: 1. Remove damaged areas and install new concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutter, and ADA curb ramps. 2. Fill new and existing expansion joints with backer and/or sealant. 3. The bidder shall be responsible for locating and protecting all utilities. 4. The bidder shall be responsible for cleaning, backfilling, final grading, and sod.

There will be a public opening of this bid no later than 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Thursday, May 8, 2025. All bidders will meet in the lobby of Collierville Schools Administration Building, 215 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee, 38017 prior to 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Thursday, May 8, 2025 and move to the Conference Room for the bid opening.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning no later than 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Friday, May 2, 2025. All attendees will meet in front entrance of Sycamore Elementary School, 1155 Sycamore Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017.
