Community Center Improvements Powhatan

The scope of work consists of cleaning, staining, and sealing approximately 1,800-S.F. of concrete floor, removal and disposal of the rock fascia on the front of the building, removal and replacement of the existing metal exterior doors, removal and replacement of the existing exterior wall panels, and other related appurtenances.
