Providence Park Harmony Hall Nilu's Nook

Project Description: The project, located at 6900 Green Road, Mablevale, AR (Pulaski County), is a part of a larger planned community development (Providence Park), which is being bid in separate packages. This bid package includes the construction of Harmony Hall (community hall & admin space) and Nilu's Nook (mercantile store & gift shop) building at Providence Park. This 11,420 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building will serve as the heart of the community. The interior will be finished-out with offices, conference room, community hall, catered kitchen, restrooms, mail distribution, general store, gift shop, and visitor’s center to serve the planned community.
