Sealed bids for Phase One remodeling of the Council Room will be received until 2:00 PM, Local Time on Wednesday, February 05, 2025, in the Council Room, City of Ward Municipal Complex, 405 Hickory Street in Ward, Arkansas, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Pre-Bid Information:
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 405 Hickory Street, Ward AR, 72176. General Contractors failing to attend this meeting or arriving late for this meeting will forfeit the right to submit a bid. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend.
