The Project involves a phased reroofing that includes HVAC and electrical upgrades for the Highland Hills Medical Center, as per the Documents prepared by LPK Architects, P.A. The hospital is to remain in operation during construction. More detail, scheduling and phasing will be determined prior to the notice to proceed, and will be re-evaluated monthly depending on progress.
